▪️Complaints without an unboxing video will not be accepted.(need propper video without cuts/edit)
▪️Issues must be reported on the same day of delivery.

▪️In case of approved complaints, only a replacement / exchange will be provided.
Replacement will be shipped after verification of the unboxing video and complaint.

2. Show the shipping label and address on the parcel.
3. Open the seal on camera.
4. If there is any issue, clearly show it in the video.
